This site is owned and operated by Hobnob Bakeries Plot No. 82, Sector-24, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, Pakistan. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the products you have ordered are not available in stock, our call center will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have provided us with the right details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available in stock, replace your preference with what is available in stock or cancel your order.


The prices payable for products that you order will be as set out on our website at the time of check out and will be exclusive of delivery charges which will be shown separately. Wherever it is not possible to accept your order as per the set out price, you will be intimated by our call center.


Our delivery charges are fixed as per the area of delivery for regular products and will be displayed at the time of checkout. However, for customized orders , delivery charges will vary as per the order type and area of delivery, which will be informed to you along with the order confirmation.

Order Cancellation

If an order needs to be cancelled or edited, it needs to be done within 5 minutes of placing the order on the website. You may call at our call center (021-111-462-662) along with your order details.

Risk and Ownership

  • • Risk of damage and lack of quality control if the shelf life and storage procedure is not respected passes to the customer at the time of delivery.
  • • Products supplied are strictly not for resale.

Return & Refund Policies

• All bakery items may be returned within 2 days after purchase along with the purchase receipt.
